The client wanted to combine his Scandinavian heritage and combine it with his Swiss footprint. Upscale focussed on scandinavian design elements and furniture brands. The Swiss cozyness was reflected in the lobby and collaboration area.

Altor Equity Partners is a private equity company that asked Upscale to set up their new Zurich office in best location of Bellevue. We used Scandinavian design to reflect heir heritage and style preference. The team of Altor has an extensive international experience in fields such as private equity, consulting, investment banking and various industrial sectors. They have offices in all Nordic countries and Zûrich. Leading international institutional investors have committed a total of EUR 8.3 billion to the four Altor funds.
